		<description>Read the article!  Man I know what you mean, there&#039;s nothing worse than bad DVR...except a bad HD DVR.  I may seem biased as a DISH customer, but I was a satisfied customer for four years before I ever stared working at one of their call centers.  I know DISH offers the most HD in the industry, and qualified customers can even get their regular HD package for free with the HD Free For Life promotion, which is offered on all regular channel packages (America&#039;s Top 120 and above), while DirecTV only offers their free HD on their upper tier programming packs, which can cost up to 114.99 a month!</description>
