Istanbul not They Might Be Giants

I had no idea that the They Might Be Giants song, “Istanbul (Not Constantinople)” was actually a cover song.

It was originally recored in the early 1950s by The Four Lads.

Even more of my childhood had now changed. What Next? Are thing they are going to tell me that Tiffany and Billy Idol didn’t play all original music either?
