• 2.5 Years

I was listening to TWiT last night and they said TWiT is two years old. Their first show was at MacWorld two years ago. That’s crazy. That means I have been hooked on podcasts for two and a half years. I started listening to podcasts in October of 2004. It seem like yesterday. My how time flies by.

  • Quote of the Day

From Scott Adams’ blog on a post about whether humans are designed to eat meat or just vegetables.

“Have you tried to outrun an animal lately? Those fuckers are fast.”

  • I Missed Him

If any of you watch zefrank you know that a guy by the name of Running Fool has been hitchhiking around the US from Oregon to the east coast and then back to Oregon. Well, he isn’t really hitchhiking, he is setting up all his rides and places to crash online with viewers of zefrank’s show. He started on December 8th. Back when he started I check out his route and noticed he was scheduled to go through Fargo on January 4th. I totally forgot about it. I was seriously thinking about meeting him. Today he was in Fargo and ate at Space Aliens. Space Aliens is five minutes away from me. It even made our local paper. You can check out his journey at HumanBaton.com.

  • Hello 2007

Well I am back. It was nice taking a little blog break. We had a nice Christmas. I didn’t work until Christmas night so we had a lot of time to spend with the family. We actually had a brown Christmas. I don’t ever remember not having snow on Christmas. Then this past Friday we had rain. Rain in December? WTF? I don’t ever remember getting rain in December. It eventually turned into snow. Now it is cold out and the roads are solid ice. That is more what Decembers should be like.

Over my blog break there were some major deaths. Two by natural causes and one man made. For as bad a person as Saddam Hussein was, I still feel killing him is wrong. I felt sad the day he was hung. Killing people to show that killing people is wrong just doesn’t seem right. NakedJen has similar feelings.

So yesterday the Broncos lost and were eliminated from the playoffs. I didn’t care too much about there not making the playoffs. They weren’t going to get very far aways. The worst part about them not making the playoffs is that the Chiefs made the playoffs.

The news I herd today when I woke up made be totally forget about the Broncos not making the playoffs. Last night Darrent Williams was shot and killed. I was totally shocked and still am. Darrent Williams was their top draft pick from 2005. he was a great cornerback and had a bright future. He will be missed.

  • Sick

I haven’t been in a blogging mood for about a week now.  Nothing going on now plus I am sick now.  Don’t be surprised if I don’t blog again until next year.
